San Pablo Wreck Site

San Pablo was launched from Belfast Ireland in 1915 as a fruit transport running Bananas from central America to the U.S. , she was sunk by a u-boat in WW2 of Costa Rica and refloated . In 1944 she was sunk in a top secret Military operation testing experimental weapons system , American agents sunk her with a remote controlled boat carrying 3000lbs of explosives and there she remains today . Sunk Aug 11 1944 at a depth of 80ft she is 315ft long and her beam is 44ft she lies at 30 11.333N by 087 13.057W , this dive is for the more advanced and the first time i recommend a dive master to give you a tour of this amazing wreck.
